Any transition into barefoot shoes should be Nike Air Force 1 Dam done in conjunction with traditional cushioned running shoes. To help make this transition safer for you, try the following schedule:

WEEK 1 – For the first Nike Air Max 90 Femme Bleu week, start by wearing the barefoot shoes in everyday activities. For example, you could wear them around the house or whilst grocery shopping.

For this first week, ensure that you wear your barefoot shoes no longer than 20 minutes each time, as the design of these shoes will cause your Achilles to lengthen and could cause tenderness in your lower legs.

WEEK 2 – In the second week, aim to wear your barefoot shoes 2-3 times per week during GENTLE exercise. Perhaps you could try wearing the shoes when Adidas Superstar Dames Bloemen walking the dog, or when walking to and from work.

If you do not experience any pain or discomfort, next week you could try running 1.5kms in barefoot shoes, and so Adidas Superstar Dame on.
